About Our Products
What conditions do Vetified products treat?
Vetified offers medicated sprays, shampoos, wipes and ear care for dogs and cats, plus grooming shampoos for dogs. Our medicated products are made for common issues such as yeast and bacterial skin problems, itching, hot spots, ringworm, skin folds and ear problems. Our grooming shampoos are for cleaning, detangling, deshedding and brightening the coat. Check each product page and label for the pets and uses it is intended for.
How do I use Vetified products?
All Vetified products are for external use only. Directions differ by product, so always follow the label. For our sprays, shake well, part the fur and apply directly to the affected skin.
How often should I apply these products?
How often to use a product depends on the product, so follow the directions on its label. Your veterinarian may recommend a different schedule.
Are Vetified products safe for cats?
Some Vetified products are made for cats, such as Cat Acne Wipes and Ringworm Treatment Spray for Cats. Others are for dogs only. Only use a product on a cat if its label says it is for cats. If your cat shows irritation, stop use and contact your veterinarian.
What are the ingredients?

Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship via USPS (3–7 business days). You'll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. Contact us if you're interested in international options.
Safety & Quality
Are Vetified products FDA approved?
No. Our medicated products are OTC veterinary drugs listed on DailyMed, the official U.S. National Library of Medicine database, and are made in FDA registered facilities. Being listed on DailyMed does not mean a product is FDA approved. Our grooming products are cosmetic products, not drugs.
Should I consult a veterinarian before use?
We strongly recommend consulting your veterinarian before use. Your vet can diagnose the condition, determine the best product, and monitor treatment response.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, unopened products. Contact us with your order number to initiate a return.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
